About the Role
  • Provide personalized support to customers and employers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to identify new opportunities for customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of employment services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in disability employment
Key Responsibilities
  1. Build strong relationships with customers and employers to understand their needs and preferences
  2. Conduct assessments to identify customer goals and develop tailored employment plans
  3. Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout their employment journey
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer progress and service delivery
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
