Performance Manager Job Description

The Performance Manager plays a vital role in driving business results and ensuring the company's social responsibility initiatives are effective.

  • This dynamic position is ideal for candidates with experience in performance management, particularly in the extractive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of performance metrics and targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the implementation of data management systems to improve reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and community consultation activities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as social science or international development.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the extractive industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of performance management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
