Lead Social Performance Professional

This is an exciting role for a dynamic professional to support the development and implementation of social performance standards within our organization.

  • Support the maturation of our social performance approach, systems, performance, and governance in relation to human rights and sustainable development.
  • Actively participate in the development and rollout of external affairs and social performance standards, including supporting capability development and compliance monitoring across the business.
  • Implement a data management system to facilitate improved data analysis and reporting for the functions at sites and the centre office.
  • Lead the strategy and reporting of our approach to modern slavery and responsible supply chain management, collaborating with other expert functions.
  • Leverage interfaces and collaboration across functions to develop a sustainable development framework that supports meaningful socio-economic outcomes and sustainable livelihoods in host communities.
  • Contribute to the sustainability team, collaborating on the evolution and implementation of the sustainability strategy, reporting, awareness, and advocacy for sustainable outcomes.
