Social Worker - Spinal Injury Rehabilitation

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in delivering exceptional care to individuals with spinal cord injuries.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality support to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced social work and interdisciplinary clinical support to individuals with SCI and their families.
  • Provide expert consultancy and proactive clinical interventions using telehealth, in-person visits, and regional outreach.
  • Represent the service as a clinical expert, contributing to strategic direction, education programs, and continuous service improvement.

About You:

  • You hold advanced clinical expertise in spinal cord injury rehabilitation, with the ability to assess, plan, and deliver care independently and collaboratively.
  • You have a proven ability to provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to social workers and interdisciplinary teams.
  • You have demonstrated experience leading service development, quality improvement initiatives, or clinical research that enhances outcomes for people with complex needs.
