Canteen Kitchen Bar is seeking a Bar Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join the team
The Role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the bar an assist the resteraunt manager including efficient sales of beverages, staff training and supervision, bar cleanliness and tidy display, stock orders and have a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to supervise a team
- Ensure the consistent delivery of a premium product whilst promoting an energetic culture
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and adapt when necessary
- Be creative with new offerings and initiatives to drive business
- Assist with training and developing the Bar and Floor team
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
