Supervisors Required For Heavy Equipment Operations

We are recruiting for supervisory roles across various trades.

Key to success in these roles is a strong background in a trade such as fitting, auto-electricians or boilermaking. In addition, we require individuals who have the ability to lead and direct teams effectively.

A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer including fortnightly pay, superannuation paid on all hours worked, annual leave and a refer-a-mate bonus of $5,000 for successful referrals made by our existing staff members.

In this role you will be working in a fast-paced environment with heavy machinery operating within the site, so it is essential that applicants have a good understanding of how to operate this type of equipment safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this role will have an Australian recognised trade certificate, mine site experience and a Standard 11 Coal Board Medical clearance. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
