Senior Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking skilled Truck, Multi-Skilled, and Excavator Operators for our Peak Downs Project in Moranbah. This permanent, full-time role offers a 7/7 roster with 12.5-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Follow safety standards and operational procedures.
- At least one year of experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, or Excavators in a coal mining environment.
- Verified machinery skills list (training transcripts) signed by the Site Supervisor or Delegate.
- Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- A strong commitment to safety culture.
- Guaranteed annual pay increases for the next three years with a new Enterprise Agreement for 2025.
- Competitive pay rates up to $170,000 plus superannuation, skill-dependent.
