About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Energy Systems Expert to play a critical role in delivering exceptional performance of complex energy networks.

This position offers broad exposure to our Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) and focuses on advanced applications such as Distribution Power Flow, Fault Location Isolation & Service Restoration, Volt/VAR Control & Optimization, Outage Management Systems, and Switch Order Management.

  • Lead projects in the ADMS portfolio and serve as technical support expert
  • Support implementation of control systems at electric utilities
  • Participate in design, planning, and execution of ADMS projects
  • Support testing events with the customer
  • Work closely with functional development teams to troubleshoot, prioritize, and test product changes
  • Interface with utilities GIS teams to extract, translate, and load electrical network models
  • Interface with utilities CIS teams to extract, translate, and load customer models
  • Configure and integrate software components to meet contract requirements
  • Support customer training and provide technical support for live system issues
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Electrical Engineering or Power System Engineering preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in Power System Engineering, including Outage Management System and Switch Order Management Application Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex systems issues in software applications
  • Knowledge of system designs, computer systems, engineering practices, and control systems
  • Understanding of Electric Distribution Power Systems and modeling is preferred
  • Familiarity with electric utilities operations and regulatory requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and context switch between multiple tasks
