The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and motivated Senior B2B Sales Consultant to join our Sydney-based team. This is a consultative role focused on both client acquisition and account management. The successful candidate will engage directly with business clients, offering expert advice and guiding them through the energy procurement process.

This is a flexible but office-based role, located in the Sydney CBD. You will benefit from being embedded within a collaborative team environment, with direct access to internal resources and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing commercial clients
  • Maintain engagement with referral partners and strategic contacts
  • Manage the tender process in coordination with our back office team
  • Provide market and product insights to help clients make informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and activity in CRM (Zoho)
  • Stay up to date with market trends, energy regulations, and product developments
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within energy, utilities, or technical sectors
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Commercial acumen and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients while pursuing new business opportunities
  • Professionalism, initiative, and reliability in managing a sales pipeline
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance team
