At the heart of our operations, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences that make events truly unforgettable. Our team is driven by a shared passion for creating spectacular moments that exceed our clients' expectations.

We cater to exclusive events in some of Melbourne's most prestigious venues, including:

  • State Library of Victoria
  • Old Melbourne Gaol
  • Ripponlea Estate

We also work with various venues along South Wharf and inner-city suburbs.

The Role: Event Attendant

We seek casual employees who can provide support during setup and pack-downs across our venues. This role offers flexibility and varied hours, which may include early morning starts or late finishes. As part of this role, you'll have the opportunity to work our events as a food and beverage attendant.

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience working in large-scale functions and events (desirable).
  • A passion for food, service, and spectacular events.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Good communication skills.

This is a casual position with a 7-day roster, including day shifts, evenings, and weekends based on business requirements.
