About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our mortgage broking team as a Mortgage Broker Assistant/Loan Writer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in the competitive mortgage industry.

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base, providing tailored lending solutions that meet their unique needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with lenders and clients to obtain necessary information and approvals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the broader mortgage broking team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise effectively with clients and lenders to ensure timely processing of loans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the mortgage broking team as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a mortgage broking or similar financial services role
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
