About the Role

The successful candidate will spearhead a high-performing team, accountable for operational excellence, commercial success, and team dynamics. They will ensure impeccable chocolate presentation, beverages, and merchandising, while fostering a vibrant team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Provide warmth and create lasting memories through floor leadership.
  • Visual & Product Mastery: Ensure chocolate, beverage, and merchandising display is flawless.
  • Leadership & Culture: Attract, develop, and inspire a passionate team aligned with our values.
  • Performance & Productivity: Drive store performance, manage resources effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Guarantee compliance with food safety, OH&S, governance, and cash handling policies.
  • Communication: Foster collaboration with other stores and Support Office teams and communicate priorities clearly.
