In the last 6 months we have opened 10 additional stores with another 25 to come shortly on our journey to national expansion

We are looking for a = Food Retail Assistant with good availability to join our busy Wendouree store to represent our brand directly to customers and you will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for new opportunities in a growing retail brand. We are searching for enthusiastic Retail Assistants across all shifts so don't hesitate to apply

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Providing an outstanding customer experience;
  • Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
  • Upselling;
  • Preparing cold beverages (milk shakes (have you tried one yet) & iced drinks);
  • Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
  • Cleaning duties throughout the store.

Qualifications & experience

  • Demonstrated customer service skills;
  • You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.
  • Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Exposure to a fast paced environment;
  • Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Availability: Monday - Friday Day (Monday is a must)
