Transport Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced transport services coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a safe and efficient transportation service. This involves performing pre-departure checks, identifying and addressing any unsafe conditions, and ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive effectively and efficiently while ensuring passenger safety and comfort
- Identify, address and report unsafe or unhealthy conditions, practices or behaviour
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of road laws and company policies
- Accurately complete recording procedures such as daily journals, time records, customer loading data and fuel and charter records
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a MR or above licence, have a current RMS driving history, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
