Requirements

A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is essential for this role.

You should also have 4+ years of experience in a HR Business Partnering or similar advisory role.

A strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and award interpretation is also necessary.

Additionally, you should have a proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for making things better are also essential for this role.

Benefits

The salary for this role is $135,000 – $150,000 + super + bonus, depending on experience.

About This Opportunity

This is a mid-senior level full-time role that requires experience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment.
