Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Information Security Manager to lead the development and implementation of our comprehensive security program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and oversee the execution of the Cybersecurity Framework, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the creation and delivery of the Information Security Business Plan, incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk management strategies.
  • Design, implement, and enforce robust policies, standards, and controls to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance.
  • Manage and analyze security dashboards, KRI/KPI metrics, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate audits, penetration testing, threat intelligence, and incident response activities.
  • Oversee third-party risk management, vendor oversight, and awareness training initiatives to maintain a secure environment.
  • Optimize security budgets and maintain audit readiness to minimize operational disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Proven technical and strategic knowledge across security frameworks, GRC, and operations, with hands-on experience in incident management, risk assessments, and regulatory audits.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, OSCP, or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in information security.
  • Experience managing security programs in APRA-regulated environments is highly desirable, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
