This role is responsible for representing the business and acting as an escalation point for business teams. The ideal candidate will drive the uplift and modernisation of registers, user channels, and interfaces.
The Product Owner will lead Business Analysts in developing high-quality, documented business requirements to enhance product functionality. They will work closely with Senior Leaders, Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and business teams to ensure delivered products meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Management Team to establish a Product Backlog, capturing and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Partner with the Delivery Team to refine requirements and develop solutions aligned with business needs.
- Engage with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Product Leads to build a comprehensive understanding of business processes and operational requirements.
- Work closely with Delivery Teams to define acceptance criteria for solutions developed on the platform.
- Support Product Managers in coordinating business testing, including preparation, execution, and assisting business representatives during testing.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree and/or proven experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex business needs, resolve issues, and document effective solutions.
- Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Proven ability in engaging with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
