About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting donations from charity partners and preparing products for our retail floor.

A typical day in this position involves:

  • Receiving and sorting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
  • Engaging with customers and donors, sharing our mission to ensure excellent service and a meaningful experience
  • Pricing, grading and displaying product for sale
  • Working collaboratively with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting a safety-first culture

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Flexibility to work part-time hours (Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm)
  • A team player attitude, willing to assist others in meeting team goals
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments (retail, production or hospitality)
