Welcome to this exciting opportunity in Solutions Engineering

We are seeking a talented and experienced leader to join our team as a Solutions Engineering Manager.

As a key member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic group of professionals who are passionate about helping customers succeed.

Your primary objective will be to motivate and coach your team to achieve exceptional results, driving key outcomes that align with our sales goals.

You will work closely with sales management to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment between the SE team and sales initiatives.

In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will also be a player-coach who works with your team on delivering compelling presentations to customers and prospects, as well as partnering with product management to advance Atlassian's product line.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of interpreting complex problem statements, boiling them down into simple solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive success.

You should be comfortable operating in both business and technical contexts, interacting with executives or discussing technical topics with strong audiences.
