Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Defence team. In this key leadership role, you will contribute to the delivery of world-class engineering solutions and products to Defence and industry customers.
Working on unique and complex projects, you will play a pivotal role in managing supply chain operations to ensure the efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and import/export activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and Defence representatives.
- Ensure compliance with Defence procurement regulations and quality management systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes to support project delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to the delivery of innovative engineering and manufacturing projects in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in supply chain management within the defence, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
- Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality materials and services.
- A passion for problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, collaborative, and positive approach to your work.
