This is a key role in our organisation, responsible for leading a procurement and supply chain function. The successful candidate will have a strong safety focus, excellent communication skills and an engaging training style.

We are looking for someone with substantial experience as a Supply Chain & Procurement professional, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Experience in developing, leading and executing sourcing strategies to optimise cost savings outcomes and meet stakeholder requirements would be highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified and have a high-level understanding of developing, implementing and improving reporting systems and processes within a complex supply chain environment. They will also have demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching and development of a team.

The role involves category management, facilitating continuous improvement activities associated with supply chain and procurement systems, tools and associated processes across the business. It also includes leading contract management, managing internal customer relationships and being a champion for health, safety and wellbeing across the organisation.

In addition, we are seeking someone who can multi-task and prioritise to manage competing demands. They will need to possess a strong track record in project management and decision making based on detailed analysis and interpretation of complex data.
