Job Title: Director's Liaison

 

Our company manages a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial assets. We provide dedicated management services to our clients, recognizing the significance of the properties under our care as homes, investments, and business locations.

The Role:

  • Supporting the Director in overseeing the company's operations.
  • Diary management and organization of tasks.
  • Database entry and maintenance.
  • Creating engaging property listings for clients.
  • Maintaining up-to-date listings with timely updates.
  • Assisting with day-to-day business dealings and administrative tasks.
  • General administration duties, including reception work.
  • Recent experience in real estate (commercial or residential) is required.
  • A Certificate of registration is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills are needed.
  • Outstanding telephone manner and customer service skills are essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accountability are crucial.
  • Being well-presented and professional at all times is important.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable car are preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years recent experience in real estate (commercial or residential).
  • Certificate of registration.
  • High level of communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accountability.
  • Well-presented and professional at all times.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car.
