  • Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in a retail or luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
