We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our regional depot network in Victoria. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve safety performance, 3PL performance, innovation, and cost across the Victorian depot network.
  • Manage equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics, and administration for depot activities within the regional Vic network and third-party depot sites.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Optimize operational performance including safety, quality, delivery, and cost across our regional based depots and 3rd party warehouses in Victoria.
  2. Implement improved safety performance, 3PL performance, innovation, and cost initiatives across the Victorian depot network.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business, with at least three years of experience in supply chain operations in a large organization with high SKU and customer environments. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP, is also essential.

About the Role

You will be required to manage equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics, and administration for depot activities within the regional Vic network and third-party depot sites. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Requirements
  • Three years of experience in supply chain operations in a large organization with high SKU and customer environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • Degree qualification in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business.
