Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Depot and Operations Manager to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing operational performance, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost across our regional based depots and third-party warehouses.

The focus of this role will be on providing strategic and tactical leadership of supply chain operations and administration, including warehousing, carton erecting, and distribution to fulfill customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide strategic and tactical leadership of supply chain operations and administration.
  • Overall management of equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics, and administration.
  • To manage all depot activities within the regional Vic network and administration over third-party depot sites, including all machinery equipment location and maintenance across the network.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant field such as Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations in a large organization with a high SKU and customer environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • Ability to effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders on matters of process and performance.
  • Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to manage and influence effectively across a large team with a diverse range of skills and experience.
