Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement professional to join our team as a Procurement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a values-driven organization that is committed to improving the health, development, and lives of children and young people.
As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the provision of procurement services to stakeholders across the organization. This will involve developing strategic procurement plans, managing suppliers, and coordinating with internal customers to deliver required supply solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to achieve financial savings and other value-adding benefits
- Managing a portfolio of suppliers to ensure compliance with policy and achieve value outcomes
- Providing best practice procurement, contract, and supplier management tools and resources to staff
- Developing and implementing effective contract management and supplier relationship frameworks
- Providing robust and compliant advice and support on procurement contract reviews, negotiation, and execution
We are looking for an experienced Procurement professional who thrives under pressure and can handle competing priorities. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to understand and apply effective and contemporary strategic procurement principles and practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing effective supplier relationship management arrangements, analyzing and resolving problems, and developing innovative solutions.
