Executive Assistant Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to provide senior-level support to the Group Executive, Chief Human Resources Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages schedules for senior executives, including diary and appointment coordination.
  • Coordinates meetings, events, and functions with professional preparation of agendas and business papers.
  • Represents senior executives in welcoming visitors, managing correspondence, and responding to inquiries.
  • Arranges corporate travel and meetings, including developing itineraries and booking accommodations.
  • Assists with the delivery and closure of actions for the Board and relevant Committees.
  • Processes and reconciles expense accounts and invoices for senior executives.
  • Maintains an effective filing and document management system.
  • Contributes to departmental communication by preparing and editing articles, designing presentations, and distributing information.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role with senior-level support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, MS Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or a relevant discipline.
