**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to partner with consumers to encourage consumer directed decision making and plan implement facilitate and evaluate group activities and gentle exercises.

Reporting to the Social Support Program Coordinator this is a part-time role that requires collaboration with the team to provide activities that meet participant's diverse needs.

**Responsibilities include:**

  • Monitoring allocation of program resources supplies and ensuring appropriate storage.
  • Planning coordinating and cooking meals for the group with support of the program cook.
  • Coordinating taxis and drive transport for participants.

**Requirements include:**

  • Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support and/or Cert IV in Lifestyle & Leisure.
  • Qualifications in disability support highly desirable.
  • Qualifications in food safety desirable.
  • Current Victorian Driver's License.
