Role Overview

This role is focused on partnering with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results through the development and implementation of HR plans and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with leaders to develop and implement strategies that promote employee growth and engagement.
  • Implement, administer and interpret corporate policies, programs and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Address employee relations issues and represent all parties' interests in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors to build leadership capabilities and improve performance.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop managers and supervisors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
