About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to lead the transition and integration of a newly acquired business. Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience, you will be responsible for enabling the organisation to realise its strategy through effective M&A planning and integration activities.

You will develop and own the integration plan, working cross functionally with business & functional teams (i.e payroll, finance), global centres of excellence and the People Team. This position requires a senior generalist HR Manager with change management experience, ideally around acquisitions and business integration, within technical and blue-collar environments.

The role involves reviewing existing HR processes and implementing improvements where necessary. You will need to be comfortable taking on a busy workload without being precious about what you get involved in.

Key requirements include:

  • Determination of priorities
