We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead our team in designing and delivering high-performing data solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires deep technical expertise, commercial awareness, and consultative delivery skills.

The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Data Engineering or Solution Architecture roles, ideally in consulting environments. They will have strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing delivery experience, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include leading solution design and delivery across the Azure data stack, working closely with clients to understand their data strategy, gathering requirements, and presenting clear solution roadmaps. The ideal candidate will also have experience designing end-to-end Azure data solutions, including CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

Requirements
  • 5-7+ years in Data Engineering or Solution Architecture roles, ideally in consulting environments
  • Deep hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Data Lake Storage, and Azure SQL
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing delivery experience
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills (Scala or Java a bonus)
  • Experience designing end-to-end Azure data solutions, including CI/CD and DevOps best practices
