About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Specialist to join our team at Whizdom Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of Expenses Management System functionalities, contributing to the design of business processes, and supporting integration with key SAP modules such as Financial Accounting and Controlling and HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement business processes to meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide expert advice on SAP FI, CO, SD, BPC, and HR modules
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP best practices
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system configurations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet the needs of our clients
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in SAP FI, CO, SD, BPC, and HR modules
  • Strong expertise in data migration and integration with SAP FI, CO, and SD modules
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PEMS processes, including WBS structures, cost centers, profit centers, and funds management
  • A solid understanding of accounting standards and legislative requirements within a public sector environment
  • Experience in delivering workshops, creating specifications, and developing documentation
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve integration issues, clarify processes for end-users, and advise on the technical feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships and drive collaboration
