Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned SAP Functional Analyst (ERP HR) to join the Corporate Systems team. This role involves supporting the design, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure the SAP HR application.
  • Conduct reviews of ICT solutions for SAP HR.
  • Mentor team members to enhance expertise in the SAP HR domain.
  • Oversee the planning, detailed design, and delivery of high-quality SAP HR solutions.
  • Act as a vital member of the ICT development team, providing functional deliverables for projects.
  • Develop innovative solutions based on thorough analysis of business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into system designs and technical specifications.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Baseline Security Clearance required.
  • At least five years of demonstrated SAP configuration experience in one or more SAP HR modules within the Australian Public Sector, including:
    • Personal Administration
    • Organisation Management
    • Time Management
    • Payroll
    • Performance Management
    • Learning Management System
    • Public Sector Leave Management
  • Proven experience in preparing detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation, and other implementation documentation.
  • Experience with SAP Read Access Logging functionality is advantageous.
