Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned SAP Functional Analyst (ERP HR) to join the Corporate Systems team. This role involves supporting the design, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure the SAP HR application.
- Conduct ICT solution assessments for SAP HR implementations.
- Mentor internal resources to enhance expertise in the SAP HR domain.
- Oversee planning, detailed design, and delivery of high-quality SAP HR solutions.
- Act as a vital member of the ICT development team, providing functional deliverables for projects.
- Develop innovative solutions based on thorough analysis of business needs.
- Translate business requirements into system designs and technical specifications.
- Engage and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum Baseline Security Clearance required.
- At least five years of demonstrated SAP configuration experience in one or more SAP HR modules within the Australian Public Sector, including:
- Personal Administration
- Organisation Management
- Time Management
- Payroll
- Performance Management
- Learning Management System
- Public Sector Leave Management
- Proven experience in preparing detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation, and other implementation documents.
- Experience with SAP Read Access Logging functionality is preferred.
