Project Director Position

The organization is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee a substantial ICT transformation initiative within a government tribunal. The project director will be responsible for leading medium-to-large scale projects from initiation to closure within a structured delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Operate effectively in hybrid environments using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and external vendors.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports.

Technical Focus:

Ideal experience includes managing ICT projects involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large projects within a structured delivery framework.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and issues to meet project objectives.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating with diverse teams and vendors to ensure delivery alignment.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed project documentation.
  • Experience in ICT projects, ideally involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Baselined security clearance
  • Up to 40 hours per week
