About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Insights Lead to join our team, driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead analytics efforts, leveraging expertise in Adobe Digital Analytics and strategic thinking to identify opportunities for digital performance improvement and adoption.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, informing product initiatives and tracking their success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and optimise digital performance
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Tableau or similar tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital strategy and key performance indicators
Your Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a digital analyst, specialising in Adobe Digital Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
