About the role:

As the Senior Digital Insights Analyst, you will be critical in Origin achieving the leading digital experience that our customers love. Leveraging your expertise in Adobe Digital Analytics and passion for data-driven decision making, you'll identify opportunities to boost digital performance and adoption.

This role will provide actionable insights to support the Product team in prioritizing initiatives, ensuring solutions address key challenges, and track the success of digital improvements.

The ability to translate data into impactful strategies will be essential in optimizing our digital ecosystem and driving business value.

1. Analyze data from Adobe Analytics and other sources to identify trends and optimize digital performance.
2. Provide actionable insights to enhance website and app performance.
3. Assist in prioritizing high-impact initiatives using data-driven insights and business objectives.
4. Clearly frame problems and opportunities, offering insights for effective digital solution definition.
5. Lead analytics implementation, manage Adobe Launch tracking, and enhance Tableau dashboard capabilities.
6. Develop performance reports, track KPIs, and ensure digital initiative benefits are realized.
7. Collaborate with key stakeholders (product, marketing, sales & operations) to achieve digital targets.
8. Promote continuous improvement and performance visibility within the Digital team & wider business.

What will you bring?

You will have a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, or a related field paired with 5 years + experience as a digital analyst, specializing in Adobe Digital Analytics.

1. Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
2. Demonstrated understanding of web analytics concepts, including user behaviour, conversion funnels, and attribution modelling.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
4. Proficient in SQL or have a strong desire to learn SQL.
5. Experience using Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail.
7. Strong understanding of cost, ROI, ability to connect digital experiences with business outcomes.
8. Commitment to enhancing customer experiences and meeting customer needs through digital solutions.
9. Effective at working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
10. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
