We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Insights Specialist to join our team and contribute to driving digital innovation and accelerating our strategic priorities.
You will use your expertise in web analytics and data storytelling to uncover insights that improve our customer experience, marketing performance, and omnichannel strategy.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze behavior across our platforms and help drive data-informed decisions using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio, and SQL.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve user experience and campaign performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Support tagging and tracking implementation
- Contribute to a strong data culture
You have hands-on experience in digital analytics, preferably in e-commerce or retail, and are confident using tools like GA4, GTM, Tableau, and SQL.
You enjoy turning complex data into clear, compelling insights and working in fast-paced, agile environments.
Key requirements include:
- Highly experienced and competent in web analytics tools
- Experience in using tag management tools
- Experience in delivering and continually improving performance dashboards
