Job Description

This is a key opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support our HR Manager in driving organizational excellence.

The ideal candidate will provide hands-on assistance with performance management, talent acquisition and onboarding, and updating the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). They will also assist line managers with employee issues and guide them through the process.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of various human resources functions including performance management, terminations, workers compensation, disciplinary processes, and managing ill and injured employees
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and induction
  • A qualification in Human Resources
