Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the electrical works for our project. The successful candidate will ensure all electrical activities are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards and specifications, Australian Standards and to the project schedule.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
  • Plan activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies.
  • Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
  • Understand risk management, quality assurance and control.
  • Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
  • Liaise with client and contractor representatives.
  • Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.
About You:

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold your WA electrical licence. You will have well-developed leadership skills as well as strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

  • S26 Statutory Supervisor training
  • High level of commitment to safety
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Well-developed numeracy and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a high functioning team
  • White Card and valid driver's licence
