We are seeking a highly skilled Product Introduction Specialist to lead our design and manufacturing efforts.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new designs into production, develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, including assembly steps, testing, and quality checks.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth product introduction.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes that meet quality standards.
- Support prototype builds and pilot runs to identify risks and refine processes before full-scale launch.
- Drive improvements in cost efficiency, production yield, and product quality.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
- Expertise in manufacturing processes and materials.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and safety.
