**Your new role**:
A new and exciting opportunity exists to join our On Highway team as the **Product Manager - MAN** reporting to the Head of MAN in our Brisbane location. As an On Highway specialist, you will be responsible to develop and grow our MAN product range in various market opportunities, as well as identifying potential product gaps through market research and your ability to determine product requirement analysis. Your responsibilities will also include:

- Determine specifications and production lead times to suit market requirements.
- Lead and/or assist in generating specific and detailed plans for product introduction.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to suit new & existing product lines.
- Build deep relationships with appropriate OEM personnel to understand global trends and innovations.
- Develop and grow relationships between local third party suppliers, internal departments and OEMs across sales, marketing, engineering, service, finance and sales administration to ensure successful product introduction.
- Establish customers' requirements by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

**About you**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Support and Sales.
- Appropriate Technical or Business Qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business/branch or sales management.
- Exceptional understanding of the On-Highway market
- Advanced interpersonal, communication skills and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in delivering presentations and briefings.
- Experience in developing and maintaining good stakeholder relations.
- Able to develop and mentor a strong focused team culture.
