Support Projects Coordinating

This role is for an organised and proactive individual to support the delivery of projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Format documents, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF, to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Travel bookings and tracking to streamline project logistics.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and binding on behalf of engineers to maintain efficient workflows.
- Support sub-contractor coordination and management, including tracking purchase orders on behalf of project managers.
- Track project deliverables against schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with quality documentation related to project completion.
- Maintain CMW vehicles, including registrations, repairs, services, record keeping, and updating registers.
- Support the Office Manager and team leaders in relation to quality and health and safety documentation.
- Co-ordinate office events and meetings, as well as minute taking for the Office Manager and Project Managers.
A strong knowledge of MS Office is required, with no formal qualifications necessary for this role.
Experience or interest in geotechnical engineering is advantageous but not essential.
