Ecommerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for the successful processing of online orders, ensuring 100% accuracy.
You will liaise with customers to provide timely responses to their queries, maintaining exceptional customer service standards at all times.
Your role will also involve curating existing website content and contributing to the creation and upload of new content, enhancing our online presence.
In this fast-paced environment, you must maintain high attention to detail while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in an ecommerce business
- Working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
