We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Quality (HSQ) professional to join our team at Talent International. - Develop and implement safety culture improvements aligned with our organisation's Health, Safety, and Quality Strategy.
- Manage safety risk assessments, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee and gain approval for the annual quality audit schedule, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and obtain sign-off for the annual quality audit schedule, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage the WorkCover claims process, ensuring timely and accurate management of claims.
- Serve as the primary contact for all HSE regulatory matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
We are looking for a professional with proven experience in WHS, emergency management, and incident governance, including coordination, investigation, and reporting.
You will have strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering best practice outcomes and a detailed knowledge of Quality Systems management and HSE legislation.
Experience with ISO45001, ISO 9001, ISO14001, or similar frameworks is highly desirable.
You will also have experience in developing and delivering education, training, and communication material, as well as a successful record in implementing effective WHS and Quality management systems.
