Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Australian Government Security Clearance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • TSPV Australian Government Security Clearance (essential).
  • Strong understanding of business finances, including federal government and/or defence financial policies, company financial structures, commercial financial management, small business accountancy, company/commercial entity legislation and compliance matters, taxation, financial risk, fraud, and forensic accountancy.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems, consider risks, and formulate creative solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent literacy, verbal, and written communication skills, with a very high level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and constructively engage with stakeholders.
