Dedicated nurses are sought after to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes.

  • Casual work based in the East Perth Metro area available for qualified professionals.

We're looking for experienced nursing professionals to lead, supervise, and provide clinical guidance where necessary. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support services that empower individuals to live independently and stay connected to their local community.

Responsibilities include:

Providing individualized support to customers based on their needs and medical requirements, working closely with healthcare professionals and monitoring customer conditions.

Ensuring all services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, adhering to our policies and procedures, and upholding legislative requirements.

Medication administration and complex clinical care, including palliative care, bowel care, stoma care, oxygen therapy, and more.

Monitoring customer well-being, reporting progress, and maintaining open communication with healthcare professionals and family members.

Providing training, coaching, and guidance to support staff, enrolled nurses, and case managers as required.

Conducting skills assessments of support professionals performing complex care services.

Staying committed to best practice, demonstrating ongoing professional development, and participating in staff meetings and training opportunities.

Requirements include:

Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.

Evidence of continued professional development.

Criminal Record Check.

Current CPR/First Aid Certificate.

Current Australian Driver's License.

Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred).

Previous experience in the community care or health/aged care sector (preferred).
