About the Role

The Philanthropy Officer will be part of a dynamic team managing various initiatives, including major gifts, bequests, annual giving, capital campaigns and research support.

You'll collaborate with senior management to spearhead a robust annual giving program, fostering a culture of generosity and driving initiatives to meet strategic goals aligned with our plan.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of donors, ensuring key performance indicators are met and identifying potential major gift donors who can make a transformative impact.
  • Lead telephone and staff giving programs, complete with a calendar of engaging events.
  • Contribute to our team culture, attending meetings and events while actively participating in our shared mission.
What We Offer

This full-time role attracts a remuneration of $97K – $107K plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
