Driller and Scaling Specialist Required

We are seeking an experienced Driller and Scaling Specialist to work at our underground operations.

This is a casual role with attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate rock-drill machines and air-legs to drill development rises and associated tasks in accordance with mine design.
  • Install ground control measures, ensuring site and area requirements are met.
  • Transport explosives to the working area.

Requirements:

  • Must hold full working rights in Australia.
  • Hold 5-10 years' experience in underground handheld mining.
  • Have extensive knowledge of handheld mining techniques.
  • Hold a current Australian driver's license.
  • Be certified in first aid.
  • Hold a Safe Working at Heights certification.
  • Hold a valid Dangerous Goods Security Card.
  • Hold a valid Shotfirers License.
