Job Description

As a Pharmaceutical Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting innovative Haematology treatments to healthcare professionals within assigned territories.

Your responsibilities will include developing territory plans to maximize opportunities and create value for stakeholders, building long-term relationships with oncologists/hematologists and other healthcare professionals, analysing customer engagement metrics, and providing expert knowledge on clinical data and benefits of treatment.

About You:
  • You will have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • You will have 3+ years of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or similar capacity.
  • You will possess significant experience and knowledge in the Haematology/Oncology landscape, including treatments and clinical data.

In this role, you will demonstrate passion for patient outcomes, enterprise-level thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be responsible for prioritising and managing external stakeholder requests, monitoring territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies/tactics.
